Student life at ACA is rewarding, exciting, and fun. ACA seeks to provide a controlled classroom atmosphere that is conducive to spiritual growth and learning.
Philosophy of Discipline
ACA expects its students to live above reproach in all aspects of their daily life. We expect students to exhibit respect for God, country, family, teachers, and fellow students. Lying (misrepresenting the truth), cheating, stealing, fighting, and profanity will not be accepted. Attendance at ACA is a privilege.
Discipline Expectations
The actions and attitudes of our students should be consistent with Biblical principles of conduct. God's Word is our handbook for living and its principles will be taught and expected to be pursued by students attending ACA.
Parents' Code
In order for us to effectively and successfully disciple and educate your child, we must work together with you as the parent. It is important that your child see a degree of unity among the authorities in his life as they work together to do what is best for your child.
Chapel
Students are regularly confronted with Biblical truth in regular chapel services as well as the classroom.
Dress Code
The following are principles that will be applied to the dress code policies at Arrowhead Christian Academy and are listed in order of importance: modesty, appropriateness, and distinctiveness. Various guidelines are made with these principles in mind, and we trust that you will find them reasonable and will graciously follow the guidelines showing deference where you may not personally agree or find it convenient.
Academic Environment
In order to ensure an appropriate academic atmosphere, Children are not allowed to bring their own toys, games, playground equipment, music, CD or tape players, cameras, electronic games, non-academic books, and novelty items (i.e. cards, collections, etc.) unless given specific permission for a specific reason.
